I sand the bumper with 80grit sand paper using a rotary sander and then sprayed with black primer before spraying it with the black liner paint and it has not yet peel or flakes off . yes it has held up as I expected.
I bought the paint kit from Amazon, it came with the paint and clear and everything needed to mix it, i bought 2 kit because of the van size and still had left over for any later touch ups . bought it 4year ago and it cost me for the 2 kit $349.00. Good luck

Does it stick to the chrome. I tryed epoxy paint didn't stick
