It's best to stay cool headed. Then state your case. Be firm. Sometimes there are people who are looking to ruin your day. Don't feed the monster. ❤

You're right the semi driver had plenty of room not to hit him being the semi driver had already gotten half his truck and trailer past the guy

@@Robett-r4l How much experience do you have with Class 8 articulating vehicles? Mirrors are not always pointed where they are useful on the blind side of a vehicle also off track could have required the truck and trailer to remain closer to the right of the road. So instead of blaming the vehicle that is actually moving you want to be ignorant and try to blame the car that's sitting still. You must be an ignorant log truck driver that has no clue about the laws because if you hit a parked vehicle you're at fault not the part vehicle. But thanks for proving everyone that you're ignorant of the facts and to the law

@@euanreid6682thanks for proving to everyone that you're ignorant and you have no clue what you're talking about. If you hit a parked car it's not the park cars fault it's your fault. Just like this log truck driver he was the one driving he's the one that hit a stopped car making it his fault not the stock cars fault regardless of how much you hate those facts

Ok ok... you got me to click... for the last and only time. You played your game, got your result, hope you enjoy your winnings. This video seems like a good attempt at an insurance scam, probably resulting from you being mad at said logging company for whatever reason(s). Unless the logging truck/driver intentionally hit you, it was just an accident. Shit happens. No reason to get out screaming -> makes you look like a jackass. Who knows tho... maybe there's a lot more details the video fails to show.

    • @Robett-r4l

So you think it was an insurance scam even though his truck was stopped and the ignorant and competent semi driver had already gotten his truck and had his trailer passed him before he hit him. The semi driver is ignorant and incompetent and shouldn't have a CDL license

@@Robett-r4l How much experience do you have with Class 8 articulating vehicles? Mirrors are not always pointed where they are useful on the blind side of a vehicle also off track could have required the truck and trailer to remain closer to the right of the road. Hundreds of thousands of hours driving Class 8 Articulated vehicles says I know what I am talking about. Occupational and Safety regulations state clearly that no one is allowed to create a safety hazard in a work zone. Outlaw803 did exactly that by making the road so narrow that the logger had zero safety room. To be fair the blame also rides on the logger's driver for not stopping and requesting that Outlaw 803 move his pickup over further out of the traffic lane. So although the law states the truck logger was at fault the reality is that the pickup driver could have avoided the entire collision had he used some common sense and stopped his vehicle behind the parked logger he drove past.
