4:45 ... the hit box for the prop is the full circle, this is true for most of the props in game, so yes, when the plane is sitting on the ground, NPC's and bullets see the circle of the prop as a solid wall.
Shooting the cameras outside the warehouse always alerts the guards inside. You need to find a circuit breaker box outside and kill the power to go in undetected
Two suggestions when getting the safe code when you take out the guards at door if you use a silenced sniper rifle and line up both guards you take them both out with one shot. And after you get safe code if you blow your self up with sticky bomb it spawns you outside casino mission complete while doing it solo
The problem you had with the camera's is the following: the first camera's at the warehouse cant be shot but you have to flick a switch at the side of the building to switch them of, it will make the guards not see you immediately but its basically useless, when you then go to collect the fingerprint cloner and you get seen by the camera's there, you will get chased by cars that come pretty quickly and shoot pretty accurately, so its better to shoot the camera's exactly like you do
For the Weapon mission: you can shoot open the glass door open with one shot and kill the guy with the second, then you just need to kill the one at the desk and the two talking next to the desk and youre fine. If you get to close to the door he will see you. For Longfin: the wedge is always at the same spot for each of the three police stations (harbor near drop off for vespucci, east harbor/industrial for Vinewood and near arena for La Mesa) they also spawn before you reach the police station so you can fly directly to them. Dropoff is always the same, i usually set my marker there and kill myself with a granade to loose cops when wedge and longfin is on the dropoff.
Top reason to own Casino Penthouse... to have cameras marked on map in Casino Heist/get the Vault door blueprints. Having a Penthouse gives you access to the casino missions, which you must complete in order to do the setup for the casino heist where you get the camera locations, it is a one time setup. Also having a penthouse gives you access to Agatha Baker's office, which you can enter while scoping the casino and take pictures of the blueprints of the vault door... this unlocks the purchase vault door option for your nightclub where you can have people practice drilling through the vault door.
16:30 shooting the cameras alerts the guards inside. You have to check either side of the building for a silver square box with a red button, it will power off the cameras ETA: but for some reason, you can shoot the cameras at the archives
Have you ever got the Full Scope Out award? That's how I do my scope out mission. I try to find all loot stashes, bolt cutters, grappling hook, guard disguise and a special poke about for the cutting powder. Even the Jug has bad aim if you drop the cutting powder in the main dock water tower after you check the signal tower. So if you do screw up they all shoot at you like they are blindfolded. The main dock has another disguise spawn in the cargo container behind the other loot stash, 5 or 6 locations can spawn the disguise at main dock.
I like your dedication to your videos, especially how much you grind to show your viewers new items that come out (such as when you bought the taxi even though you knew you didn’t need it) and it surprises me to be honest. As you get so much money in not much time but I can only get about 1.5 million every 10 hours 🎃🎃🎃🤯🤯🤯

When you're gathering Intel, go to the water behind the hangar, there's a spawn point for boats at the most outward part of the beach. Take a boat to the main dock and go straight to the tower

The truck you're thinking of is the Phantom Wedge. Also, the cops will see you in a helicopter if you fly too low. If you get high enough you can hover right above them and they won't see you
You can do these missions quicker by using job teleports, you set up custom jobs on all the locations you would need to teleport or use ones the speedrunning community has made and then there is a way (easy) to let you teleport to for example to the construction site , you will have to fly back tho cuz you would lose the cutt8ng torch, also as an "optimal" approach, I would recommend longfin approach, cuz the island is more heavily guarded when you already got the primary target, so before entering you can collect the secondary loot, the longfin mission is also by far the quickest by using a job teleport: you hook the longfin up to a phantom wedge, you let the cops kill you to lose wanted level and when you teleport , the phantom wedge and the longfin teleport with you
IMO the best place to park the Kosatka while doing the setups is at the beach near the amusement park. When you get the Merryweather mission for the guns, just use the guided missiles and blow up the chopper and right back to the board. And you still had time to not kill that last guy but I guess he have the shittiest job of all the guards.
I found out a tip that makes the Maryweather weapon so much faster. So I tried this because I tempted the change lobby thing, think I changed lobbies like 6 times and kept getting Maryweather over and over and over so I was like, screw it, I'll do it. So, I've done this mission enough to know the Valkyrie will only ever go one of three places. It lands at either oil refinery (or is it a power plant, it looks like it has those big oil tanks there so I always called it a refinery. But it's that place right there besides the windmill farm.) It could land at a farm field at Gradeseed. Or it lands at the desert in Sandy Shores, over around the Sandy Fleeca Bank area. That's it, it ONLY go to one of those 3 spots. So my thought process was "do I actually need to follow this heli or does the Avenger spawn in ahead of time?" With that in mind I just flew past the Valkyrie and started checking the places myself. And yes the Avenger does spawn in ahead of time, it isn't promoted by the Valkyrie. So what I do is just fly over to Maryweather to tigger the Valkyrie, then I leave Maryweather in my rear view mirror and I start checking all the locations myself. I can almost always find the Averger and use the Sparrow's missiles to wipe everybody out well before the Valkyrie can catch up. Just wait for theValkyrie to land, snipe the driver from a distance to avoid being explosive cannoned to death, kill the one guy that gets out and your good to go. You don't have to stay behind the Valkyrie and slowly follow it from Maryweather docks to wherever it's going. Just race up ahead of it.

Parachute off the top of that tower towards Rubio's helicopter. A surprise happens. Or can parachute into the compound and it will teleport you back to the plane.
With the finger scanner you need to kill the power to cameras otherwise no matter what you do you will trigger them, but, to be honest the fastest way is to just go in with a grenade chuck it and dart behind the racking on the right that way you don't get killed and should kill all 4 guards in one go.
To avoid the warehouse cameras look for an suv parked on the side. Next to it on the wall there will be a circuit breaker. Flip it and the cameras shut off. I’ve never once been seen by the cameras.
Want a real challenge, enter through airstrip, loot secondary in main dock only, do on hard mode, use sniper load out, and exit through airstrip. Good luck

(Last edit, promise lol) On the weapon load out setup just shoot down the Merryweather heli, fail the mission and then reset by checking your available missions on your phone. It warps you back to the sub and Pavel sends you out again. Sometimes it takes a couple attempts like your method.
To fix the camera bug in the set up mission... On Xbox u can go into network settings and test nat and quick resume the game and it fixes it for me. I heard it was something similar on ps5 and pc. Shooting the cameras always triggers security for the finver print scanner. Can turn em off but it's slower bc they shot anyway.
25:30 you can shoot the door open without alerting the looking at his phone, then shoot him in the head without even walking in. Same for the guard on the right - you can shoot him from outside. Then go in and go right and take guards out from there. Missed shots will generally alert them
The only reason I do the full scope is so I can shuffle between Velum, kosatka drainage or longfin to anywhere else. Side note with the disguise the squaddie hummer is my favorite fast vehicle barely edging out the Sanchez for fastest travel between locations on the island.
For the weapons, I dont know how you do it stealthily, but you can do it by killing just 3 people: the first guy you killed in the video, then you go through the left door and kill the person in that room and then you go through the door and kill the guy behind the bureau, the two guys talking wont see you even if it looks like they should
Personally i spawn the kosatka at the beach, use the sparrow and my own phantom wedge to do the longfin, and i blow myself up to lose the cops. And i use the oppressor mk2 to do the rest, and just park the oppressor on the front of the kosatka each time i go back, and when i get the Merryweather HQ i just use the kosatka missile cause it's close enough to blow up the helicopter. For the other weapon mission i use a surpressed pistol to kill the first guy and the close one on the right from the door, kill the 2 on the left and the last one near the computer without triggering the alarm. And for the plasma cutter i use the hard hat except for that tall building one, i use oppressor to blow up everyone for that one. I look in the hanger and the little shed at the airport when i spawn to gather intel, look through the cameras to see if there's paintings in the compound, and sky dive from the tower to the Main Dock to look for secondary loot and then get spotted when im done
In Merryweather HQ I use my sparrow to fly towards the HQ then once Pavel notify me. I'll just go towards the three spots where the Avenger spawn then you can use sniper with silencer and start shooting the guards.
If you run into the bug with sightseer you can verify your game files on PC and it should fix the issue. Not sure if you can do that on console but every bug I have ran into , verifying my game files has fixed it.
I rocket launch the cameras they disappear once hit, and yes if the cameras are left untouched either the cars or helis chase you when you leave, timestamp 26.58 you were on it
Make the flying part interesting, do 5 challenges like fly close to the ground upside down, fly under 3 bridge's, or fly threw something. Spice it up you know sometimes you have to make things a little more fun.
Alright if we are doing challenges here’s one. Head for the airstrip as the entry point ,aggressive mode, pistol only, hard mode,. Compound entry is main gate ,exit point is your choice
The loch Ness monster you could play the hyacinth Rico Ireland and go to the second dock you might find it on your left hand side when you coming out the dark or it's near the airport the bank you got to close it
On the first loot place in the main dock you dont havr to worry about the guy behind the wall he will not hear you while looting, I always immediately start looting and I never get seen there
Challenge - approach vehicle - velum with weapon stash. Loot location mid map. Compund entry guard truck and escape north dock on hard mode with no killing
for when doing the hack at 26:00 the numbers will always stay on 1 row. so just go from the bottem up row by row and the numbers will from from righ to left its easy
i have a challenge for u (on sunday i think) okay anyways hard mode elite challenge ur only allowed to loot the airport entry is draining tunnel and u have to go there with velum and for the weapon its gonna be marksman i hope u accept this and for escape also airport and if u even want it to be harder then use crackshot sniper only :')
I had my worst nightmare happened to me yesterday, went to run the Cayo, everything was good, got to the drainage tunnel, it went to the cutscene before you start using the cutting torch and boom game crash, 4x that happened to me, exact same spot! You don’t know just how important the Cayo heist is to a man until he can’t run it 😭😂😂. Rock* got a support ticket submitted to them sharply I can tell you 😂 it seemed to of fixed itself though, don’t know what caused it, I’m on ps5.

Then just waltz your way to the exit Note: helis still spawn after you get out You only gonna kill 5 of them kekw

So, I spend about 5 mins on Cayo during scoping... I get ALL secondary targets, poison water, any uniform spawns that happen near secondary... it is easy to do quick, of course, using controller is faster for the cameras.

Always get the cutting torch it is best for cutting the locks off cages otherwise you have to find the bolt cutters which can eat time

Going into the building to get the weapons on the setup, I usually use the stone hatchet. It’s fun, makes you invincible, and it’s very violent lol

Also if you don’t like backing into tight spots to pick up longfin you can missle the longfin until it spawns on road outside of place on the road

Did this today, didn't trigger the alarm at all but it still sends the helicopters after you so doesn't really matter too much.

when you were trying to guess the fast travel locations, it said go to Procopio beach. one of the options is literally Procopio beach

For the weapons, I dont know how you do it stealthily, but you can do it by killing just 3 people: the first guy you killed in the video, then you go through the left door and kill the person in that room and then you go through the door and kill the guy behind the bureau, the two guys talking wont see you even if it looks like they should
Shoot the glass door and the first guard before you walk in the door
You can stealth the office weapons if you shoot the door open with a suppress shot and also the first guard before crossing the door threshold
Personally i spawn the kosatka at the beach, use the sparrow and my own phantom wedge to do the longfin, and i blow myself up to lose the cops. And i use the oppressor mk2 to do the rest, and just park the oppressor on the front of the kosatka each time i go back, and when i get the Merryweather HQ i just use the kosatka missile cause it's close enough to blow up the helicopter. For the other weapon mission i use a surpressed pistol to kill the first guy and the close one on the right from the door, kill the 2 on the left and the last one near the computer without triggering the alarm. And for the plasma cutter i use the hard hat except for that tall building one, i use oppressor to blow up everyone for that one. I look in the hanger and the little shed at the airport when i spawn to gather intel, look through the cameras to see if there's paintings in the compound, and sky dive from the tower to the Main Dock to look for secondary loot and then get spotted when im done
fastest way to prep cayo is to quick job cancel and use custom jobs to fast travel in invite only . saves lots of time.

In Merryweather HQ I use my sparrow to fly towards the HQ then once Pavel notify me. I'll just go towards the three spots where the Avenger spawn then you can use sniper with silencer and start shooting the guards.

With the merryweather HQ you can buy the homing missiles for the kosatka and blow up the heli at the HQ with the homing missiles
If you run into the bug with sightseer you can verify your game files on PC and it should fix the issue. Not sure if you can do that on console but every bug I have ran into , verifying my game files has fixed it.
On the main dock I think if you are quick you also can get the two piles and escape the camera but I'm not entirely sure
I wouldn’t mind seeing you start front level 1 again but this time hopefully a hacker doesn’t glitch you to level 90 again 😂

Make the flying part interesting, do 5 challenges like fly close to the ground upside down, fly under 3 bridge's, or fly threw something. Spice it up you know sometimes you have to make things a little more fun.

I also use the oppressor mk 2 to do the building missions it’s easier to park on the roof and faster leaving the roof chopper takes off to slow
But I use the oppressor for basically all setups if you carefully land on the nose of sub run in start missions run out and go
Alright if we are doing challenges here’s one. Head for the airstrip as the entry point ,aggressive mode, pistol only, hard mode,. Compound entry is main gate ,exit point is your choice
The loch Ness monster you could play the hyacinth Rico Ireland and go to the second dock you might find it on your left hand side when you coming out the dark or it's near the airport the bank you got to close it

On the first loot place in the main dock you dont havr to worry about the guy behind the wall he will not hear you while looting, I always immediately start looting and I never get seen there
Challenge - approach vehicle - velum with weapon stash. Loot location mid map. Compund entry guard truck and escape north dock on hard mode with no killing
for when doing the hack at 26:00 the numbers will always stay on 1 row. so just go from the bottem up row by row and the numbers will from from righ to left its easy

okay anyways hard mode elite challenge ur only allowed to loot the airport entry is draining tunnel and u have to go there with velum and for the weapon its gonna be marksman i hope u accept this and for escape also airport and if u even want it to be harder then use crackshot sniper only :')

I had my worst nightmare happened to me yesterday, went to run the Cayo, everything was good, got to the drainage tunnel, it went to the cutscene before you start using the cutting torch and boom game crash, 4x that happened to me, exact same spot! You don’t know just how important the Cayo heist is to a man until he can’t run it 😭😂😂. Rock* got a support ticket submitted to them sharply I can tell you 😂 it seemed to of fixed itself though, don’t know what caused it, I’m on ps5.
when you get the weapons you can shoot open the door where the first huard is without alerting anyone

On the weapons part, shoot the doors to open them then kill the first guy to the left of the table , then the one in the room ( inside the door on the left), then shoot the next leading to the office pc, kill the 2 guys facing each other then the last guy by the pc desk near the gun locker. Then just waltz your way to the exit
Note: helis still spawn after you get out

(Suggestion) You should do a Rags 2 Riches
So, I spend about 5 mins on Cayo during scoping... I get ALL secondary targets, poison water, any uniform spawns that happen near secondary... it is easy to do quick, of course, using controller is faster for the cameras.
