- This song reminds me of being back home in Puerto Rico with my family. They live in the mountains of Puerto Rico, where their houses are basically in the middle of the rainforest. We wanted to transport you to a rainforest as well, one that reminded me of my real home. Hope this helps you escape the world for a couple of minutes. Love you.

I don't remember how I stumbled across The Marías, but it's an event I cherish despite that. This music has become so important to me and I don't understand how every new song can stand up to all your other music, but it always does. If you ever come to Australia I will be there in a heartbeat.

When I listen to The Marias, I feel like I'm sailing around the Mediterranean on a beautiful yacht on a warm evening. The water is calm, and the sun is slowly setting...it's the golden hour.
i love how they took instruments and sounds that u could hear on a old hispanic song, and they used them on such a amazing way, it has that tropical vibe, but it still sounds like something made by the marias, i loved it so much. her voice, the intruments, the whole production, in my opinion were perfect. chef kiss

I just discovered The Marias a few days ago. I can't believe how I didn't knew about them before. I discovered her on Tik Tok raising the Puerto Rican flag while singing. I said to myself who is this pretty singer? The first instant I heard her voice I was attach to her talent. The most impressive is that she is Puerto Rican and she is proud of it. I saved her Spotify page and all her songs are beautiful and her voice is so sweet. the Marias is the pure definition of art.
her voice sounds so ethereal and special in a way that i can’t explain...like the way she sings and says “i know, i know, i know” just feels like as if her s/o mistakingly messed up something in her life and they’re trying to tell her that they didn’t mean to and before they could even finish their explanation; she cuts them off and says “i know, i know, i know” as if she’s reassuring them that it’s okay because she knows that it’s completely by fault. this song is absolutely beautiful in every single way possible.
