    텐브라운 애용하는데 정말 괜찮아요
    수제이다보니 가격은 좀 나가지만 맛이 이미 보장되어 잇는 :)
    치아에 들러붙지도 않고 심하게 달지 않아서 좋아요 !!!!
    같이파는 마카롱에다가 커피 한 잔이면 완벽.... ㅠ

    수제라해도 주로 자동이나 편한기계들 많은데.. 하나하나 직접 자르고 하나하나 직접 포장하는 걸 보니 많이 파셨으면 좋겠고, 하나하나 담는 거 보니깐 정성도 가득 담겨있네요 장사대박기원합니다.

      @@user-vd3ir6fj8k 내열소재 라는게 고온에 견디는 소재라는 것인데 전자레인지의 발열으로는 녹지않으니깐 환경호르몬이 생기지 않는다는말 입니다

      플라스틱은 무조건 내열소재여도 가열되면 환경호르몬 나옵니다.. 내열소재면 안나오는줄 아는분 많네요 무조건나오는데 덜 나오는정도

    Lo que le echas a la leche creo que es azúcar invertido, yo le hago así, azúcar al fuego, le echo limón y cuando se cocines la bajo y le echo bicarbonato, remuevo. Es buena el azúcar invertido porque los bizcochos, dulces se mantiene más tiempo suaves y frescos

      ㅋㅋㅋㅋ그춍 근데 이렇게 생각하면 편할 거 같아요 예전에 대만 카스테라에 들어가는 식용유양에 대해서 막 안 좋다~ 뭐 저리 많이 들어가냐~ 이런 식의 말이 많았는데 그냥 아무생각없이 들어가는 식용유양을 봤을 땐 제가 보기에도 많아 보였는데 따지고 보면 그 큰 카스테라를 혼자 다 먹을 수 있는 양도 아니고 그 큰 걸 한 8등분으로 나눠서 하나씩 시중에 팔고 그리고 사람들이 그 한 등분을 또 나눠먹으니까 실질적으로 우리가 먹는 식용유양은 엄청 적어용

      Moises, me apunto a tu grupo, yo se hacer la melcocha, cuando mezcle azúcar con un poquito de agua y empieces hacer burbujas al fuego, coger un poquito y echarle a la taza de agua, si ves que se hace bola en tus manos la melcocha, está lista para bajarla del fuego. Ahora el calentó leche y creo que mantequilla transparente, esa es ghee, busca en TH-cam como se hace

      넘버슈가도 스톡홀롬 빠란스 컨셉까지 카피죠 ㅎㅎ 매장부터 판매방식까지요 외국 디져트 뉴스에서는 더 안좋게 보는것이 넘버슈가 입니다^^ 넘버슈가보다는 맛있습니다 ㅎㅎ 일본보다는 더잘해야죠
