    How long we have to heat the pasteurized milk for consumption.

      According to The Pasteurized Milk Ordinance, page 10 section OO, Vat/Batch pasteurization is minimum held 145 degrees F for 30 minutes. For Continuous Flow Pasteurization there is a scale but the minimum is 161 degrees F. for 15 seconds. The Temp can range up to 212Degrees F for a .01 of a second.

    Yea so, you just mulled over germ theory and fermentation. I think it deserves a bit more detail on how people kept milk good when there was no refrigerators, less we forget the healthy ways of the past. Fermentation.
