Crazy seeing someone use a hand torch. My friends and I all have over 1,000 hours in our dedicated server and I haven't seen a handheld torch since my very first hours
@@kennynewcomb8925 like most survival games you don't need one at all. In Valheim (and many others) the toch may illuminate close things so you can see them better but it makes it harder to see things that aren't close. Just go in the settings and turn brightness up 1 or 2 clicks and you can see in the dark perfectly fine
@@kennynewcomb8925 nothing wrong with using torches in builds, it's just been so long since I've seen the hand torch that I forgot the item even existed
