All this happens because of doing brand bidding.
It is so obvious that If everyone starts doing brand bid on a particular KW for a new product or any product (specially in fitness niche)...google identifies this like a SCAM + SPAM. Ultimately it shuts the Ad account.
My just one piece of advice for any newbie will be DON'T BRAND BID. (also it is against the Vendor's Policies)
Then what's the solution??
You just create campaigns using only "General Keywords". There is a big opportunity in it and anyone can scale to the sky limit.
I am speaking with my experience and learned this from "Ankit Bhaiya ki Video aka Ok Ankit".
DON'T BRAND BID ANYMORE...the only solution to avoid suspension of your ad account.
P.S. : Use Bing Ads...it is more affiliate friendly then Google.

shivam sir mai chrome browser me ads bana rha hu ak ad mera 1 mahine se jyda chala lakin dusra account bana rha hu to bar bar suspend ho rha hai aapne jo matud batay hai wo use karunga lakin sir ak dout ye hai ki wifi
