I'm going to gloat. I've got on my desk Charlie's signature on the print out of Dig A Hole that I took with me from France to Tacoma, Washington. Wonderful show at the Emerald Queen Casino and after the show the general manager, George, came up to me and my brother. "Would you like to go back stage to meet the band?". Heart attack, pinch me, please. When I pulled out the lyrics Charlie asked someone for a sharpie and he signed the lyrics and said "Oh, it's "Dig a Hole". I've died and gone to heaven, fans. This song and Waiting for the Thunder, which is the first song I ever heard BBS do on Colbert will forever be my favorite, very personal best songs. All of their songs are brilliant. Those two just shine a tad brighter. Thank you Charlie Starr. Thank you Macon Memories for this clip. Linda
Well, well, well!! Who knew, a Gibson Explorer……just one more axe to add to the repertoire of killer guitars these guys play. What a great sound!! Haven’t seen the Explorer before. Great song as well…..looking forward to the new album.

OK, I'm not being fair: 30 seconds into the clip ... WTF is that guitar? Guitar nerds please stand up! This is going to be good. Love it Macon Memories!

RE-watching. Love this song. Charlie is on fire. And bittersweet. RIP Brit Turner 3 March 2024. Rock on Blackberry Smoke!
I don't know which I enjoyed more, Charlie launching into Jump In the Fire, or Benji joining in with a huge smile.
Every song this band puts out is absolutely amazing... LOVE BBS
Wake up and smell the Smoke. We feel a Good one Comin on
