Feature wise this is beast, let me tell you my story happened 2months back. I was climbing down from gurudongmar, sikkim, and all of a sudden my psychology changed and I rev it to 80kmph, and I was left with only 50m, before a hairpin bend, at 14000feet. My unconscious broke and I panicked break, and I was sure my body will go in coffin to my mom, but it stopped at 20m, with no skidding no unstable position, nothing, I paused for a moment and took breath before starting the journey again, my home was still 800kms from there.

I bought this bike a month ago. Love it everyday. I get a lot of attention on this bike, people ask me about it all the time. Road presence, rideability, mileage, comfort are awesome.

@@rahulr6381 Yes, you can ride comfortably. Just be careful while parking on the slopes. The bike is heavy and 5'7 guy cannot flat foot both legs.
I’ve also been owning this bike (stock and 2200kms) since 9 months, but I have not seen any paint chips and rusting or loose brakes. Feels like it all depends on the maintenance. The bike is an absolute menace🔥🔥🔥🔥

I think pressure washing is issue.. My 15 year old yamaha still no rusting issue.... All because I never wash it... Only dusting
Paint related issues come generally in the humid regions where rainfalls are heavy and water is acidic. It happens with even cars also especially in Maharashtra and other coastal regions.
Using this bike for 3rd month and I would say it’s one of the best decisions of my life

@@shashank0710 It throws to some extent. Entire pillion seat will get a bit dirty. But not bad i would say. Handling is phenomenal .
@@samopp1410 I think its the pressure washing as he said. Only do bucket washes and wipe.

Bike is super good but depends on how you handle it...i would recommened it to you but better go take a test ride and find yourself if you can handle the weight

@@shashank0710 Actually.. there hasn't been rainy season since I bought the bike.. normal splashing from potholes doesn't affect..

I am running this bike for last 50 days. I have already completed 2500kms. No paint issues, nothing. Milage is also very nice, my average is 38.5 on display. On highway I am getting 45kmpl easily. I am not a harsh rider so getting that milage. Even at 90km/h I am getting 43-45kmpl. Very very comfortable. Very high road presence. Headlight is also very good. Whenever you are used to it, night driving will not be a issue. Suspension set up is perfect, after 50km/h you will feel the buttery journey.
I agree with your points and I'm using Highness more than 7 months. I never faced any paint issues and I'm getting the average mileage of 43 to 45. It's really better than RE 😂 while comparing with the quality 😂

@@sohammaity1067 yes I faced that problem and it is solved by fixing long mud flap. I got it from Honda bigwing for 250 rupees and they fixed it without any additional charges.

Between highness and rs is there a difference in rear tyre section? If so any advantage on rs with respect to ride quality?.. also in the final few minutes there was a mention about the front mudguard.. is your friend considering adding any extenders or so ?

its been 7 months since i bought this bike, i recommend filling it with xp95 or power fuel for better mileage and performance. i go 35kmpl in traffic and on highways it is 46kmpl which is better than any bike in this segemnt. totally worth
Bro My motorcycles engine oil grade is 10w30. Which is better Motul 5100 semisyntetic or shell advanced semisyntetic or honda throttle 10w30 synthetic . Genuine honda mineral oils are really bad so I need to choose an ulternative. I travel occasionally minimum 100km or above per day and the genuine honda mineral oil gets rough after 20km riding the footpeg, mirrors gets vibrated.
Motul in my experience performs better than shell
Paint coming off and rusting is down to humidity in Mumbai. Nothing to do with the build quality of the bike. I have experienced the same on my Fazer as well.
Nothing to say, this bike is not living up to the level we wish honda to be. It is evident by the way it's owners are after the videos like this.Honda don't want to hear or address the issues raised by its customers. But they have tremendous fans support and trust. And this won't go for long as all of them are not fools.
Ha ha, that's not a controversial statement. We have a riding group of 4 and one of them owns the RS while everyone else has Hness. The ride comfort is in fact better in RS on long drives. Seat is wider and also has a bit more cushion IMO. But not a deal breaker though. I've clocked 8k on my Hness so far in 9 months.

really appreciate your views on bike.i own same but grip is somewhat complicated issue. i have done spiti ride in april 2023 end nd faced loss of grip in corners ..so need to replace fancy tyre.😊.and last honda crash guard is not worth it.

My CB350RS got me started on YT. My ownership review got a lot of attention. I've experienced everything you stated except the comfort on long rides. I got soar in an hour of riding.

@@gaurav.anirbandutta I can't say that for sure as I don't own a hness... But from the few short test rides, I found the Hness to be a tad bit more comfortable and it is a better value for money version. But if you want a sportier look than a classic one, RS is it.
I have a 2015 Classic 350. The drain hole near the fuel cap gets clogged and causes water to enter the tank. I see a similar depression around the RS lid. Is that going to face the same issue?
If you see carefully, they have also designed a narrow outlet with slope at the top of lid so water will drain through it

Mine is 9 months old. frustrated too many rusting issues. and front brake pads quality is very poor. I took the Wrong discussion yaar.

I feel if going for a retro looking bike then Cb350 is best compared to RE Classic 350. And if want a decent bike not specifically in retro style as options given by you, I would like to add the new Pulsar F250 for daily commute and long rides as it's build quality is very strong and have a front fairing which gives a very good wind protection plus the bike will not cost more in servicing also and comes in a budget of 1.65 L.

@@adityantamarapu6239 didn’t go with any of these as my requirement changed overtime and now i go for longer rides in mountains mostly and these being city bikes don’t suits my requirements. But if ur need is a city bike then both r great.

Is there any problem if I put the rear same stock alloy and tire on the front as well in the cb 350rs?
It's not possible because there is not enough space between front shocker arms and it will disturb the overall balance of the bike, you can use tyres of different tread patterns but don't try to change the size which is recommended by the Brand.

The paint quality is an issue with hondas really 2 months old new unicorn gets scratches if we keep it in parking and someone keeps his hand on it. The small scratches are visible

Everyone saying that CB350 RS is tall geared so you should choose Classic 350 because of this. Is this a really big problem?
Nah, some people don't understand gearing. Cb350's 2 gear is equivalent to classics 4th gear. So in long term its cb350 which demands less gear shifts
Given a choice between this and the Gixxer SF 250, which would be better? Requirements are slight sporty stance, good highway manners when taken out for long rides occasionally, very good long term reliability (atleast over 6 years), parts and service availability after a few years and pillion comfort(not super important, but good to have).
Everything is comparable but suzuki service for gixxer is done in their scooter center hence service is not good.

Apart from that, how is the pillion comfort and the current mileage you are getting on the SF? The reason I was considering the CB was somewhat because it offered the best of both worlds. 1.Milage is very bad shown in the video. If you ride slow you will get 35kmpl easily even in a city like Bangalore. And if you ride right in highway easily 45kmpl.

3. Gear box is bad. Not the quality but it's hard ( only 1&2) also there is issue in false gearing

My bike's fork paint started to peel off after 6mnths nd also registered a complaint but till now no response. Overall bike is good im happy with it
