Gill has the physical tools to be elite the problem is he is an emotional tit-bag and looses his mind over a missed call and unravels if he can get his emotions under control he will be great
Everson Pereira and Henry Lalane. Both injured and didn't have the season they were looking for. Lalane essentially lost an entire season of development, although he did come back for a minute at the end. But it's wild how much Pereira's stock dropped getting injured 40 games into the season, most likely being on the heels of his poor showing in his Sept call up. But he was having a really strong start of the year. 10 HR, 27 RBI, .33 runs, 265/.346/.512 (.858 OPS) through 40 games. I think we're all aware of his Pedro Cerano type issues with breaking stuff, and it was just a bad idea to call him up and expose it when his stock was high, but there's no reason for everyone to jump off the bandwagon after an injury. He puts up those kind of numbers over the course of a season and his value is going to bounce right back. He can be a big trade chip.
My wish would be to either sign Bergman or however or trade with cards for Donovan and helsley which would give us the most elite pen in baseball and allowing our starters to only have to get through the 5th then we have weaver followed by helsley and Williams that’s lights out for any team including the dodgers. And Donovan would make our infield elite and help the starting rotation even better taking pressure off them with impenetrable defense. That’s a dodger killer team right there.
With Spencer Jones we have a big outfield with pop and just need to clean up a right side infielder to win the World Series
If only they would listen to this 😢
@ I know they still need to figure out who’s on second and third we have a World Series squad but we need depth average and more pop
Mark my words Luis gill is gonna get better this year
Your lips to gods ears my friend
Agreed
if he gets his walks down hes a top 10 starter probably
@@ekeg_ he’s still developing his game but we have the right pieces in place

Spencer Jones is going to be a stud I can't wait for him to join the big league team with him and judge and Dominguez the best outfield in baseball
If they don’t trade them.

How is the obp lower than his ba
Lombard is the best prospect we have
@firesideyankees Ryan Garcia George Lombard Jr is definitely untouchable he’ll play 3rd base or probably 2nd base
I would add Rafael "Rafa" Flores on this list. A power hitting Right-handed catcher and a perfect partner for Austin Wells.
Great breakdown, if you check out his stats the last week and the last 4 gamed very impressive 1 k in 14 abs
LA Dodgers becoming the new NYY while the Yankees keep refusing to spend money to fix the entire team this is very unacceptable
Utter nonsense. Cohen called he said to call him for Mets tix.
Refusing to spend money with their 300 million dollar payroll yeah?
@ George will never allow this to happen today
Aren’t we 3rd in payroll if so what are you talking about

Whats up with Brando Mayea?
Oswald Peraza
The Yankees are a prospect killer.
I want to see cabrera as a everyday player
I want to see a youth movement
That kid we got in the trade put up some good numbers. Just gotta give him some time.
Oh yeah that guy
@@Jay_nicola I don't know why more people aren't talking about him.
Unless they trade them all.
Yankees 😂 go Dodgers 💙💙
