Make a helipad and a basic training course/center i would add multiple rows of fencing to make it extra safe and have some dead road and 1 sceret road leading to your actual base and park fake vechicles around to make it look like there guarding a sceret place like Area 51 and if you can make a Cave to put your TOP SECERET equitment and whatever else you dont want the public to see
