I think Kramnink tryied to avoid the boring liquidating position Sindarov was heading for (from a poor opening by white, since black had more space and even wider options in an equal position), and in the end turned into whites favor (allowing the white pawn to h6 was dangerous)
When players are out of practise, they often have bad time management (Kasparov too). He had a time advantage from the opening, but then spent his time on the wrong moves (e.g. played Bxe2 instantly and then didn't know how to continue) and allowed his opponent to always think on Kramnik's time. Sindarov was visibly out-rhythming him.
@@aca4376 Because he whines about being flagged all the time when playing blitz. It's part of the game and he used to do the exact same when he was younger but now that he's on the bitter end of things it's suddenly disrespectful

His brain doesn't work fast now. Should play rapid at his age. Blitz is too fast for his age.
