Is this Margaritaville Resort now because their website says permanently closed so was wondering if It’s now a Margaritaville?

Oh Wow! I just checked out their website and it’s really now is Margaritaville Resort they also renovated the interior and looking better than the old one. It was Pearl South Padre when we went there.

I’m assuming that there are many shops and restaurants in walking distance near by too?
Also looking at the resort on Google earth on on your video there is separate buildings with accommodations in front of the pool. I’m looking at different booking apps and trying to figure out what rooms these are. Do you know?

It’s not really a walking distance to shops or resto but at least 3-5mins drive distance. I think the other building is the condominium. We stayed at the hotel and we got the room facing the pool and partial sea view..

Usually when you book the room it will tell you in the description what view your room is facing.
