This week I show you how to make your own all natural cheek tint!
I ended up adding a little extra beetroot powder and rose clay for a little extra red tint. I love how it turned out! Let me know what you think and hope you try making it yourself soon!

Cheek Tint Ingredients
0.9 oz Beeswax
0.45 oz Shea Butter
0.9 oz Mango Butter
0.3 oz Sunflower Oil
0.12 oz Argon Oil
0.15oz Hemp Seed Oil
0.15 oz Rose Clay + extra 0.05 oz = 0.2 oz Total
0.03oz Beetroot Powder + extra 0.03oz = 0.06 oz Total
5 drops Grapefruit Essential Oil + additional 5 drops

I love it! I have most of the ingredients but not sure what to put mine into.

You could put it in a lip balm tube for a small size or even a tin/jar and use a brush with it!

Just a side note. You may want to switch up the essential oil. Citrus can be phototoxic on sunlight, and could create a problem for some people, but that’s easy to switch. Thank you for the recipe. ❤❤❤

Hi Erica! The safe dilution rate for grapefruit essential oil is 4% for the face. I typically use 1-2%, and this recipe uses under 1% so it is considered safe 😊

You can use any carrier oil in its place but I would be sure to use an oil that’s low on the comedogenic scale such as Argan oil, sunflower oil, safflower oil, neem oil, or calendula oil.
