Single integrated judicial system means that the judgments of the SC are bound to the rest courts of India/ appellate functioning. For example, If a person is not satisfied with the subordinate court then he can challenge the judgment in the HC, even after the judgment of the HC, he is not satisfied, he can also challenge the judgment of the HC in the Supreme court of India. This is called Single Integrated Judicial System.

Such an auspicious channel, wonderful teachers of India, even most learned amongst all others. I really didnt understand why uniform of teachers are in black colour. I am very practical and not supertitious ,but wonderful channels always wear colourful uniform. So by person query to founding committee to Magnet brains that please just take my comment always beyond a substitute but if you still find in any relevance in my words, please seek to continue your ideology with a helping advice of student of Magnet brains.

Sir I have a doubt that SC decision of sentenced to death of a person on a criminal case and the person is hanged after following procedure...but after a some strech od time, same case again interpret by SC and the convicted person found not liable for sentenced to death but only 10 year jail.. then what is the utility of this judicial review in this particular case???
If it's ignored then it's also breaching right to life article 21

Is "convicted person" the same who was hanged. If not then the convicted person will go to jail for 10 years as that previous law which told the punishment to be hanged would be considered retrospective law.
