गमले या कंटेनर में ढेर सारे करेले उगाने का एक बिल्कुल नया तरीका, इस मेथड से कंटेनर में इतने सारे करेले आएंगे कि आप हैरान रह जाएंगे. साथ ही मैं आपको सिखाऊंगा करेले पे 4 गुना ज़्यादा फल पाने के लिए 3g कटिंग कैसे की जाती है और इसकी बेल की देखभाल कैसे की जा सकती है.
बीज लगाने से लेकर फल आने और हार्वेस्टिंग तक पूरे 70 दिनों के स्टेप बाय स्टेप अपडेट के साथ.
अपने घर पर ऑर्गेनिक सब्जियाँ उगाने का मजा ही कुछ और होता है.
मैंने अपनी छत पर एक छोटा सा वेजिटेबल गार्डन बनाया हुआ है जिस पर मैं सभी तरह के सीजनल वेजिटेबल्स उगाता हूं.
इसमे मैं हर साल करेले की बेल जरूर उगाता हूं क्योंकि इसे कंटेनर में उगाना बहुत आसान है और इसे ज्यादा मेंटेनेंस की जरूरत भी नहीं होती है.
करेले के सीड्स लगाने का बेस्ट समय होता है जनवरी से मार्च और जून से जुलाई के बीच.
करेला दुनिया की सबसे ज्यादा हेल्थी वेजिटेबल्स मे से एक है और ढेर सारे विटामिन्स, न्यूट्रिएंट्स और हेल्थ बेनिफिट से भरा हुआ है, और डायबिटीज के मरीजों के लिए तो करेला सबसे ज़्यादा फायदेमंद है.
