- Op zaterdag 13 december 2014 werd voor de tweede keer de Nacht van Noord georganiseerd. De registratie van het concert was op Oudejaarsavond te zien op tv bij RTV Noord.
Tijdens dit concert in Martiniplaza in Groningen waren er optredens van Dana Winner, Erwin de Vries, Tangarine, Jan Henk de Groot, Ellen ten Damme, Edwin Jongedijk, Marlene Bakker, De Troebadoers, Pe Daalemmer, Rooie Rinus, Marieke Klooster, Alex Vissering, Iris Rijnsewijn, Swinder en Ralf Poelman. Ze werden begeleid door het Noordpool Orkest onder leiding van Reinout Douma.
