If I have an attentive, pleasant server, that fills my drink before I need it, doesn't hover, and I don't hear complaining on other customers, co workers- good tip. Nasty attitude, neglectful, or phone in hand- bad to no tip.. I refuse to tip when there is minimal effort involved in the service.
