Same here I can’t believe I went through so many videos until I found this one. I just love that so many of the other videos claim “simple technique “and nothing ever works and they never explain any possible pitfalls such as this seemingly very important one. However, seeing what this has done it seems that it opens up our computers to vulnerabilities quite easily, allowing access to malware and root kits. Whatever, lol, I’ll just keep a close watch. I really need my computers to talk to each other.

I SOLVED THIS BETTER:
Go to control panel/network and internet/network and sharing center/edit advanced sharing settings>go to guest or public>File and printer sharing enable it!!
One folder will appear with full computer access from inside the network
