When you've got the problem showed on the video, take care you start as a administrator. Go to the N-Com wizard icon use the right mouse button and choose 'administrator'.
@@RobvanHofwegen Hi Rob. Yes I have had Nolans for about 15yrs, but this was the first Firmware upgrade.99% operator problem in that I couldn't figure out the Administrator bit. So once again thanks for the hint back then.

Hi Mark, My helmet also uses the BX4 bluetooth set. It is important that you log in as an administrator. (icon N-Com wizard -> right mouse button -> login as administrator). Otherwise, you might download and install the N-wizard again. Cable to helmet still okay? Kind regards, Rob
@@RobvanHofwegen cable to helmet is fine as is phone to helmet via Bluetooth and nwizard to pc by USB. Just won't connect to nwizard on the mobile as it says its not there when it clearly is as I can make phone calls. And will not update just gives an unexpected error updating via pc using nwizard. I've pretty much tried anything and everything. It works so I've given up trying to update the firmware before I launch it through a window 🤣

version 2.5 - there is no 'administrator' under my right mouse button

Tried all that and it starts to do its job then just comes up with unknown error when the thing tries to upload to the b4
