El Na Refa Na La, an ancient Jewish healing prayer, translates to "please God, heal her". It is said that these are the words Moses used when his sister was sick and dying. This is a meditation for the healing of the Divine Feminine in all of us, regardless of gender. Before listening to this healing song, take a few moments to set an intention. Something that you are ready to plead for with all your heart.

Tomorrow is too far away. I need help now, i need help to just get up, physically. Now. I am alone and I can't get up. I was pushed by a man, who ran away right after. Didn't evech gove me a hand or check on me. ER said " no fractures", but it still hurts SO much!!! I put up with his abuse for years... stupid me. He brainwashed my children too, they do not respect me me, they do not even pick up calls.
34 years together!!! I financially SUPPORTED HIM!!! He broke me, physically and emotionally.
I have enough $$, but he made me loose all my friends, I am practically in isolation, I lost the respect, care and love of my children. He practically brainwashed them...
I worked and made more $$ than he ever did, most of my life.
