Fleet feel better than phase rush or just testing?
They have different roles, Fleet is just for poke matchups, the burst of MS feels crisp as well.. PR is to be slippery (VS Rylais abusers & heavy CC "slows".. imagine Rell's ult, Trundle's Pillar ect).
So pick accordingly, otherwise Conq is a standard stamp.
