@@riakun I was joking too but your right in a way about the baby alligator as a souvenir thing. They don't do it anymore but back in the day you could buy baby alligators while on vacation and alot of people from up North did. That's how they came up with the whole Alligators in the sewer thing. It's actually real. They say the people would take them back and let them go in a ditch or something or flush them down the toilet. They have found alligators in sewet in areas where they don't live. And as far as the climate difference the sewers are warm in the winter so it would make sense they could survive more than likely feeding on rats or maybe a raccoon every now and then.
I just want to point out, the bath story sounds like there is more underlying. like maybe the boy doesn't want to take a bath because his dad wants to watch him... or something more sinister. It's just speculation but his story just sounds incomplete. i hope it was something as questioning as not wanting to take a bath because hes a man lol

Okay I know this was a year ago but wtf are you talking about? We're talking about a man who tried to run over his child and obviously whipped him in the past based on his comments. This is exactly the case where you should assume the worst.
The story during 16:43, the way the dad basically said he'd beat the kid if he didn't obey him AND the extent to which he took it, I can get an idea why the kid refused to bathe. It sounds like the controlling and abusiveness of his dad led to him trying to take control of any part of his life he could, even with something as "small" as batheing. The way it escalated feels like the Dad hated the thought of not being able to control him. If that was the case the situation would make a little more sense, still messed up.
I love that your voice isn't super deep or forced. Its nice and soothing. One of my favourite narrators out there! You've gotten me through some of my worst moments
oh honey im so sorry. been through it more times than i can count. try not to cry. the sinus pressure can aggravate nerves and migrate those bad, bad feelings to the infected area. lay on your good side, which can help alleviate some of the pressure away from that spot.

As someone living in Florida, I can safely and surely say... The memes are true. All the people around me are upmost of batshit crazy and I would have it no other way. They provide endless hours of amusement for me and that alone is why I love living in Florida. There are reasons to why I don't love living in Florida. Constant heat, frequent hurricanes, rattlesnakes and alligators, dogs and cats living together, MASS HYSTERIA! But, all of that is overruled and outweighed by the amusement I get.
I'm from Jacksonville, lived there 30 years and that's probably the wildest definitely the biggest city in Florida, but I've lived in NC 7 years, trust me this stuff happens everywhere. You have access to the internet obviously, so see for yourself. There is also Alabama Man, Georgia Man, North Carolina Man, etc.
I feel so sad for po po. This poor old guy must have suffered terrible pain and trauma. I never heard this story before. Thank you for perfect narration.

Had to be alot because I went through the whole bath salt thing back when they were selling it out the convenience stores and I definitely never felt like I was losing it. It sure did give me like jaw though. I could barely talk when I was on that stuff.

Lets Read is the best story reader on TH-cam! His voice is very soothing, clear and stays in the same rhythm, and this eventually puts me in a nice trancish confition what opens up imagination, and I end up in real live movie through the story.

I just googled Ronald Poppo... there are pictures of his face right after and his reconstructed face. The one most likely taken in ER for evidence is horrific! My God, the utter pain this poor man went through! Doctor's did a very good job reconstructing. There are videos of him thanking his community. He was brutally attacked, he lost his face, he cannot see, but the one thing that monster couldn't take was this man's smile or big heart! So thankful help came in time to save his life. A beautiful and humble humanbeing right there! ❤
My friend, from my hood, was killed by a psycho, in Florida. There had just had a hurricane and were hiring people to rebuild, without background checks, to get it done quickly. We didn’t find out how many sex offenders there were running around, until there were unprecedented murders of sex workers and other women.
The thing is, it's not just Florida. I lived in Florida 30 years and yes alot of wild stuff goes on but I've always been into crazy things happening and trust me it happens all over.

I lived and worked on South Beach in May 2012 back when Story #1 occurred. It was absolute madness and coming home across that very same bridge.
