and N = 4000
therefore, mean = (10/100000)*4000 = 0.4

In the last question, 0.0001 is the probability of sucess and lambda will be 0.0001 x 4000 = 0.4 hona chahiye

We use that formula if Lembda is not given in the question. As here it is given in the question but, indirectly. That is why the value of lembda is considered 0.0001
