A mayo cake is a thing. It makes it super moist. HOWEVER, you are supposed to exclude eggs & oil because they're already in the mayo jack

Well, vanilla is used in most cakes, not just chocolate. Coffee however is used to enrich the flavour of chocolate in cakes, creams and frostings etc, the hot water will bloom to cocoa powder while the coffee enhances its flavour. I use both vanilla and coffee in my chocolate cakes, only a few teaspoons worth is all you need and it won't make the cake taste like coffee either.

Jack, instead of handling things calmly with his 16 year old son, decided to strangle him until he started bleeding from the nose, and was genuinely intent on killing him. I think it's obvious to anyone that it was not the pot causing rage issues, and was obviously Jacks awful parenting. mayo can be used to make a cake more moist and rich but this is called a mayo cake, suggesting that it is considered a main flavouring for the cake which is just outlandish. in chocolate desserts people often add salt to the chocolate to intensify it's flavour but we don't call them salt cakes or salted chocolate because it's a pinch to boost the flavour not an ocean load of salt because then it just tastes of salt which is vile.

Hellman’s used to publish chocolate cake recipes using mayo, back in the 60’s. Mayo makes cakes moist because of it’s high fat content so you can actually skip the butter.
Uncooked chocolate frosting is powdered sugar with about a stick of butter or less, plus a few tablespoons of milk or cream. Usually it’s vanilla extract OR espresso powder, not both. The total of 6 sticks of butter would work out to a quarter of a pound of butter per slice, for six servings…using that much fat and mayo would likely give the cake a greasy consistency

Here is a basic 'rule' for 'memorising' a cake/sponge. For the wet ingredients the 3 main parts should all weigh roughly the same. Equal amounts of egg/sugar/butter. The extra he put in(in this case mayo but can be something similar consistency) makes the cake more moist. Then if you want to look like you're 'winging it' just keep mixing in flour until it is a thick batter but still runs(just).
