It wasn't poor it was fair / good movie produced back in 1990. Plus they attached real string got these actors flying around in the jungle. Now and day is all CGI and half the time it looks fake as hell. This is the best live action of Dragon Ball by far. Sad part is it's been over 34 year and they still haven't top it..
