If java supports in window 7 then easily you can file tender. I suggest to switch to window 10 because some function of websites doesn't support in window 7.

Kosis kijiyega PDF me banahe ka, Document jab scan karte ha us samay file compression level full kar ke scan kijiyega to file size chhota banega aur easily upload ho jayega.
PDF ka size har tender ke liye alag hota hai ye fix nahi hai. Size jada hone se upload ke time error message ayega.

Image nahi pdf file upload karna padta hai. Aur iska size har tender me differ karta hai. normally documents ka size upto 5 mb tak thik hai. Par aaj tak mai kabhi size ke liye problem face nahi kiya hu.
Aap bas scan karte samay compact pdf ya phir compressed pdf option on karke kariyega to kabhi bhi document size problem nahi hoga upload ke time.

Before typing the password and id you must check the Capslock and Numlock key. Your capslock should be off and numlock should be on. Then type the id password correctly and sign in.
