Martin Shkreli was sentenced to seven years in prison and three years probation, yet his notoriety continued behind bars. Shkreli reflected on his sentencing, expressing that he was initially threatened with up to 27 years. While incarcerated, Shkreli made headlines again for selling a rare Wu-Tang Clan album, "Once Upon a Time in Shaolin," for $2.4 million to an anonymous buyer. He's implying exactly what he alludes to at the end, that they bought a physical CD in its custom packaging, but that doesn't mean they own the music. Similar to how any of us could go to the store twenty years ago and buy a CD... It didn't mean we bought the music for 15 bucks, we just bought a CD. The way the album was sold, when he bought it from the producer, he bought the album, he's free to play it and do whatever he wants with it. When these other people bought it, they bought it from the person Martin sold it to, so third party if you will, and that means there's no way they could have had Martin sign a sale agreement with any restrictions on it. @@joojoobaw

These are the interviews that makes and made VladTv. Im glad(nopunintented) Vlad got this guy on, because for a while pretty much the whole speing Vlad was beatin a dead horse.
