Hello Rida, flex is complex and requires type rating of the A/C in order to know exactly how it works. However, a short overview would be that flex depends on the temperature and RWY conditions (and of course, other factors).

I was wondering why neither pilots appear to be using headsets, and co-pilot was using handheld microphone. Thanks.
Hello Michael, the usage of the headsets is not mandatory at MEA, so sometimes they prefer using the hand-held microphone instead!

Hello, actually not everyone can enter the cockpit, but since I'm a student pilot, it was possible for me to enter the cockpit during that day!
