I like Mako-chan (Emi Shinohara's) voice very much ^__^ she sounds so gently, especially here... *o* The English dub ruined her voice with a Bart Simpson-like one -________-***
The new Viz Media voice actress (Amanda Celine Miller) does her voice well. She has a slightly deeper voice (more alto than soprano), which fits Sailor Jupiter's build and personality. And Naoko Takeuchi herself insisted on screening and personally approving the VA's for the Viz dub.
