I found myself and my horse relax and I had a better feeling and understanding each step. Not over bending as I always have in the trot , and the good part was doing in the same quality and rhythm in both hands.

Overbending often happens so quickly, and the only way out is to slow things down so we can overcome our human nature that wants to fix everything with our hands. I will post more videos about leg-yielding in the trot and canter in the next couple of weeks and hope you will stay tuned. Always nice to connect with like-minded riders.
