Mi'gmaq Honour Song for Residential School Survivors. Every Child Matters.

This was part of July 2 events to honour the residential school Survivors and the thousands of young souls lost who never made it home to their families. As we continue to mourn the growing number of children being recovered from Indian Residential School sites across the country, members and supporters of the Listuguj First Nation marched across the J.C. Van Horne Bridge to join our neighbors from Ugpi’ganjig and Campbellton for a ceremony at Salmon Plaza. #Reconciliation #EveryChildMatters
