that is the worst diy trap you should youtube some made out of 2 litre pop bottles that should give you some better ideas im not saying it was a bad trap it totally worked :)
Sir, please do your research before making a public statement about ichthyological nomenclature. You are educating, as well as entertaining many young minds.
@@davidslaton8697 just curious on what you mean? i thought he did a great job?
@@tyleroz768 He misnamed several species of fish on a public platform with thousands of viewers. A fisherman of his caliber should definitely take some time while editing or..... maybe even before out there throwing names around.
Wow Bobby i cant wait to what else is in that tiny creek man. Thank you for sharing. God bless you and your family....🙏❤🙏❤🙏😀🙂😊
Oh my goodness that blue eyed one!!! 🥰🥰😍😍😍😍🥰🥰 I want that blue eyed one so bad! We don't have fish like that in Wisconsin. Feel free to send me a blue eyed flowerhorn "prototype" anyday!! I'd love ya forever. Lol.
amazing inventions LOL 🤣🤣🤣
Watched until the end and the two ads after. Enjoy your channel.
Appreciate it🙌
I’m. Like 2 years late but all the colorful fish are very amazing! I love your channel
U guys so lucky having all that different fish to catch. So envyish'
you are the best at fishing
That is so cool. I watch your videos all the time even on my iPad and my phone and the TV.😂
Best fishing productions! 🐟 🐟
Thanks for your video
If it weren't so incredibly humid in Florida I'd love to live there. That humidity is enough to keep me away. Not even the occasional hurricane bothers me so much as the humidity. All those who live there must be super-human.
Being out in nature is great
The canals there wow and have access to all
Koo inventions
All day!!
Let's Gooo!!
😂
I don't know why but this is pretty entertaining to me lol
Can we just appreciate how much work he puts into his videos
Hi i am looking yours videos every Day. Its number one!! Many thnx from Czech rep.
Awesome video! Really hope you will go back there again soon with a net trap maybe 2. For different spots!! Keep it up!!
Put them in a big tank together 🔥🔥🔥 looks amazing
Love videos 😀😀😀😀😀😀
That Iguana flopping into the water had me dying💀😂
pretty creative gosh trap💯🔥
I know right🙌
I could hear my ancestors weeping when you called the blue fish trap, garbage 😆😂(I come from a family full of advanced Seamstresses going back generations). You might see if you can find a local who sews that you can contact in case you need to have a cloth trap repaired, or remade. Maybe they could teach you how to repair/patch your cloth traps. Think of the money you could invest into more beautiful fish for your collective water features if you made your own cloth traps, or had them made by a local small business owner 😁. To be honest, I'm new to your channel, so for all I know you make ALL of your own traps, and if that is the case then teach me Obi-Wan because I would love to learn how to make those things!!
Love this vidio ps flower horns are so cool.
Bro your channel is the best one I the world
Freaking dope wish pond x was visible
My pet fish are really small😂😂😂

You need a giant aquarium!
Thank you for this beautiful video ❤️❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥🔥🇲🇦🇲🇦
You make very fun and entertaining videos! Looking forward to watching many more!
Next time you should drill hundreds of small holes across the entire bottom of your trap. That way you can pick it up much faster.
Thanks Bobby love you
Get rob and a cast net over there!
Great work, keep it up.
Dude the trap worked perfect👌! Hope to see more DIY trap in future vids. I am a 🐸 and I'm out Peace ✌
You have some amazing looking fish out in your spillways and canal s and so many are predictors too we have nothing like that over here in the UK keep up the good work you do for all the fish as I enjoy watching what you do .
Jeez, I didn't know cat supplies could catch so many cool fish, wow, just wow.❤💖💗
You should do fish trap catch baby koi fish
Very good trap, your content is interesting
You actually need a polarized filter. That will help with the glare.
I was down there back in 1991 near Clearwater and the canals were full of Tiger Oscar's and the fish your finding all over the place can be spreading from heavy rain flooding the area and from Cranes and other birds that feed on fish
Would it be practical to drill a bunch of very small holes near or on the bottom of the trap, so the water can drain well when you pick it up and make it less heavy to haul? Also the nails made me nervous when you were removing the fish, I felt like it would be easy to accidentally scrape them, so perhaps covering them with a thick layer of hot glue or something would make them safer?
I like every video before I watch them 👍🏽
Appreciate it!
Upgrade the trap.. make the floor screen or net so you can pull it out without water on it so its not that heavy👍👍👍. Shout out me in the next video🙏 love your video's... im from Philippines👈👋👋
NEAT!!!
love your video all the way from Belize
Sup Bobby. Nice haul. Wasn't sure trap would survive lol. I'd put metal corner mending plates on sides, bottom and reverse them to reinforce top to base🤙🤘. Never saw a tilapia that looks like that, but I usually see something new lol
good idea💡
@@BassFishingProductions 👍
Thats actually a good trap idea but instead of taking it out like that you should make the roof able to open up and you net them out before you try to lift it filled of water
take a shot for every time this man says google Maps in the first minute of this video. 😂 great content man keep it up.
Keep fishing safe 🇹🇹💯
Woah 🎉
24 hour fish trap challenge
YYYYYYESSSSSSS ANOTHER TRAP VIDEO
You're going to be a bigtime tropical fish breeder $$$$
You should attach handles to that heavy trap.
iam literally just binging all your videos
I thought for sure those were all some sort of vieja especially with the size. I grew out a female vieja synspilum once and it was probably my favorite fish I've ever kept. Would be kind of crazy if you found an actual flower horn out there though.
So awesome wish I could get a few for my pond & aquarium 🥺🥺😭
I do like your all videos
Can't believe these fish are just out in pounds crazy
Very good video. I watched it 2 times. the scenery is very beautiful . Wish the channel grow more and more successful 😊
If you put a fish trap in the water and you catch a snake that be so funny 😂
😋😋 shrimp
❤❤❤❤❤❤
You can go to the dollar store
And get those pop open net laundry baskets and sink one of them to catch fish
Suggestion, get yourself a two wheel hand truck, as it will make it easier to move your equipment around.
What are the winters like where you are? What's the water temps drop down to??
Wish the canals in England were like this!!
South Florida stays warm literally all year. They may have a few colder days a year in the winter, but it usually doesn’t last long enough to drop the water temperature in big ponds like this to a level dangerous for the tropical fish.
Put a metal plate full of 2milimeter holes to help the flow of water ,
Also do the same on to the top of it . The roof
You should target big wild redtail catfish to put into pond X.
Red tails don’t live in Florida
@@lcfishing859 Neither do any of these that he is catching.
@@lcfishing859 surprisingly enough they do live in Florida now
Great video, love the fish trap idea
They look like Vahas😅
bib bib bib bib
Also put propped strip on the entrance, without the nails sticking out. They will hurt the fish
Great videos
I use google satellite maps too. I look for lines of trees near bodies of water all the time as they are usually hiding little tributary’s that will run off or into that larger body of water ! They also seem to hide a lot more cooler things as there are more hiding places 🙂 always love seeing what comes up in your fish traps, this one was unique 😜 keep up the great work 👍🏽
First, Btw i love your vids!
Thank you!
Congratuation bfp you got 190k sus
THE MYSTERY OF HOW FISH USE THE BATHROOM HAS BEEN REVEALED!!!
You should keep 1 female for the male you got at home and breed from them there as well to put into pond X
I've never seen someone so excited over little Africans like this. The jags on the other hand 👌 mint .
You can always reset a zipper. Zippers are designed in a particular kind of way in which with enough force exerted from a specific angle, you can reattach them by overcoming the fabric resistance. it isn't typically enough to cause damage but it certainly can make a difference when you put this much thought in there. you could have saved that fish trap with a little help. next time? ill be here. I won't be there, but here.
Can these fish be caught in California? What temperature of water are the fish in that you catch regularly???
You could always zip tie your old fish trap where the zipper broke. Wouldn’t be able to open it unless you replace them every time you use it but you could reach inside and get the fish out.
Not sure they are flowerhorn, i personally Think either vieja or a morph of midas chiclid... still good content 😉
Those are Red head cichlids Vieja melanura
(Günther 1862)
Family Cichlidae
I love your vids you are the best fish TH-camr
💪
I know that spot.
There are Midas there too.
If the breed with the Veja. I believe that makes a REAL FLOWERHORN
should of drilled holes into it to drain the water as you were pulling it down but still awesome
Love ur content keep it up…. Btw Were is this place at
Flowerhorns are primarily Trimaculatum.
Latin name for the Flowerhorn Cichlid is: Paraneetroplus Synspilus. Originated in Malaysia in 1996. Introduced to United States waters through the neglect of Home Aquarists and no real control over the Pet Industry by the Dept of Agriculture.
7:19 was that a frontosa
Nice trap but I do want to let you know of those are not flowerhorn you caught they are a species of vieja. Those fish are one of many fish used in making flowerhorn.
Flowerhorns does not exist in the wild. They are hybrid from various cichlid species.
Actually they have been released in Florida and have become invasive even as a hybrid,I've see convict and Texas cichlid cross wild in Florida ponds to
Bro he literally mentioned that in the end good luck trying to act smart lol
@@cedricjackson7971 glad you said it! 🤣
He said that in the end, I’m case you weren’t a good supporter of the channel.
Dude those are Vieja
Is Pond x your own pond?
