Great podcast! Thanks for the intel on all your favourite locations around KLAX. One thing that photographers should remember about shooting from the south sides of KLAX is that the sun position is a little too far north (high) during the summer. Winter is generally better because the sun is lower in the southern sky which results in nice, side-lit photos.
The hotel H location is my favorite because it's when you guys have fun especially when Nighthawk comes in to play! Thanks for all the places you take us. Watching the planes along with you is amazing! You're great Kevin and Rudy!

This is so informative guys thank you I will probably never be able to come out to LA because of health issues but what you guys provide us is great I love watching the planes especially with you guys and you’ve given me so much information as to why the places you go are so good even though we can see it on the video you guys make it even better thanks again
I opened up Google Maps at the beginning to follow along. Thanks for the exact address for parking garage. The podcast helped me put into perspective exactly where you are whe doing the live streams.
First off, great podcast. I have listened to all three, and I must say, the two of you sound awesome. Natural, relaxed, and friendly. Very professional. Kevin especially should have been a radio DJ as he certainly has 'The Voice' (and I don't mean singing!) 😂 My favorite locations that you spot at are Imperial Hill - always a lot of action, whether it be planes, buses, or the various pieces of support equipment; followed by the H Hotel. Any spot is good though, as there is always a lot of action - even outside the airport (police, fire, motorcycles, etc).
Is the ol observation deck on the theme building not a thing any longer? When I was a kid, that was the place to go. But back then you could also make buddies with the ops guys and they would take you to the end of the runway for some up close viewing. Those days are long gone… 😒 Cheers K&R!
Nice podcast fellas but I have to disagree with the touchdown shot on the Southside from the H Hotel. I had no trouble getting a shot of the Southside touchdowns on 25L. I needed to have brought a little bit longer lens than a 400mm but it is doable. The H Hotel is definitely a prime spot and GREAT views.
The h hotel is my fav being able to see the north and south side is a major plus and it is always fun to hangout with ya guys love thie vids!

I love the Sunday show and like coverage of the South. Another channel seems to always be on the north which gets boring.
Which location has all those big blue spools I assume are cable wire and has that electric ⚡ looking thing as well?
