That's globalization. U mean if Westerners who are working in India, left the country bcos their country is in bad state ? Many have been sent as expats by India companies to represent them . Their kids continued there as they studied there . It's not easy for someone who spent their childhood to relocate . I know many of my friends who want to return back to Inda but due to kids studies can't do now . As the education system is different.
