Is PULS(protein unstable lesion signature test) which is a simple blood test, available at SAAOL? This is the best predictor of heart attacks as it measure the endothelial inflammation… 50% of heart attack patients have normal cholesterol and less than serious level blockage. Endothelial inflammation leads to its rupture and hence a heart attack.
