Western New York & Pennsylvania Railroad 03/28/2024 Final Train On The West End?

The concensus seemed to be that the train on 3/19/2024 was the last scheduled run on the Falconer NY-Meadville PA line that is being mothballed. No activity on the line this past Tuesday (03/26/2024) seemed to confirm that.
However today 03/28/2024 during my lunchbreak I heard a train coming from Meadville passing through Lakewood NY and was able to grab a shot of it as it headed east to Falconer. Right after work I headed to Falconer where the westbound from Olean was preparing to head out to Meadville one more time. This is the third train I have referred to as being the last to run on this segment that the WNY&P announced was being taken out of service. Only time will tell if there are anymore trains passing through.

seems like it will operate as Meadville's yard switcher, right now it looks like 427, 435, and 421 will work around the Meadville area, and 426, 430, 431, and 432 as well as the AC6000's will work around Olean

I'm just confused I'm pretty sure 421 and 431 we're/are OOS.
I know 431 still is because of A Turbo Failure
