List all (not just most) of your fortnightly expenses. Yes cooking saves money, depends on your schedule too, some days its cheaper to buy lunch or dinner. I find it best to make and have breakfast at home rather than buy it. I live in a great seaside suburb of Wellington. I'm happy you got the place yous wanted.
