Beterbiev is that kind of boxer. Browne needed to last just one or two more rounds for the doctors to stop the fight, but he knew he couldn't take another punch to the liver and keep going. If you're a boxer you know this feeling: even if you get up, you feel like one more accurate punch and your liver will explode.

As long as the blood is not affecting the vision of the fighter, most refs will let the fight continue...
