The African arrow moved all the gravel behind the Coral and hides in its nest area behind the Coral. That's why you don't see it
Josh, I have a 10 year old Red Devil in a 5x2x2 he’s starting to act his age, his Texas tank mate is starting to try and be the dominant fish now and harassing the Devil… should I move the Devil into a smaller tank to live out his final years in piece?

This tank isn’t natural, but I love it. The water clarity and fish health is amazing and the “coral” colors compliment the fish.

I love the Bala tank and the cichlid tank maybe if you had some yo-yo loach that would encourage the clown loach to come out more it worked with mine they kinda gave each other confidence to be out more looks stunning tho I’m super jealous of those 2 long tanks 👍
ive never understood when people say clown loaches hide ....ive kept them for years and they have always been super active
The clowns I've always seen have always been active and always visible
If you want a fish that hides get a Raphael catfish …literally pointless owning one ,it’s just bio load on the tank for zero viewing pleasure 😂

I love African leaf fish. I used to have them, loved watching them feed. I also in that tank had scats and monos, clown loaches and bristle nose plecs

I hope the plecos don't damage the artificial coral. I once had a Bristlenose chew the paint off a large piece of fake wood. Since then I've only used real wood and rocks with my Bristlenose Plecos.

Must have passed on. He seemed stressed the last time we saw him. Same with those dolphin fish that we have not seen in a while. Understandable that they don't want to talk about these as they love their fish and the loss is tough to bear.

I don't suppose you can tell us where you get all this large aquariums from? I don't think my local fish store sells anything larger then a 75 gallon.

my clown loaches in every set up have always been the exact opposite ....out and about all day constantly swarming over the tank they never hide , then about 2-3 in the morning they all vanish into a tube till about 10am the next day

Love those Belagio tanks….the synodontis species are Ocellifer and Eupertus…..would love to see a school of Synodontis Multipuctatus in the tank….the added bonus would be their breeding behaviour….your cichlids would be raising catfish fry instead on cichlids as they are parasitic breeders and lay/fertilize theirs eggs when the the cichlids breed. The catfish are born in 5 days and eat the cichlid eggs.

Are flag tail and bala the same type of fish??? I really like the flag tails. Tail fins having the yellow and black stripes. Never seen them in real life. How big do the get?? How hard are they to keep??
