QUESTION: What wine do you usually use for this recipe. I’m looking for a specific brand since I’m not a wine drinker. Thank you for sharing your recipe. I get a bag of eggless noodles at Walmart. 😊
Great question. I'm not much of a drinker myself! But I do like adding some flavor with wine. I prefer sauvignon blanc because it's not as sweet as some wines. I cannot have red wine because it makes my head feel like it will explode. Haha. I hope all the wine enthusiasts won't judge me here, but I just get the Cupcake SB because it is affordable, I like the flavor, and I'm mostly cooking with it anyway. I went to WM for those eggless noodles and they were out. I'll try it again!
In England where that sauce is from, we call it; wuster sauce, pronouncing the u like the u in the children’s story “Puss in Boots”! It’s a really easy word to pronounce but it has two syllables, not five. Hope that makes it easier to pronounce! 😂😂😂
Ohhh, got it! Thanks SO much! So, I think I can remember that. Why do I always make things so hard! Haha. But then again, why do they put sooo many letters in that word that are not necessary? I think they must hope it will be a super popular scrabble word??? 😂
@@Namelymarly I know. It’s ridiculous isn’t it? But I think if you grow up hearing the word, you just repeat it, and that all happens before you can read, so it’s much easier. And then when I first saw the word written down, I probably thought, “why so many unnecessary letters?” too. Haha, it’s all good fun. X
