Prices would be so great is it budget friendly I currently live in Las Vegas and I know for sure that the prices are going up and because you’re downtown there’s a lot of tourist so that means that it’s going to be skyrocketed they just got a new stadium built down there

The only intricate detail you forgot to leave out is that it’s in the HOOD!
that's because the city of Las Vegas in general is now the hood, so that's neither here nor there lol and it's downtown... not the safest area in most major cities. Symphony Park is not north Las Vegas for crying out loud.
