This is an excellent juicer. Works perfectly. The problem with this video is that very large pieces of fruit and vegetables are pushed in as one would do for a shredder juicer. For this masticating juicer, kindly put small pieces of fruits and vegetables and then it works perfectly. It is very easy to clean and assemble. Fully satisfied with this product.

On the box its showing a whole apple in the feeding tube, it even says XL. Very disappointed during the demo. I like the video though, just not the product.

Great review, but the juicer's design is obviously flawed if it struggles with bigger chunks like in the video. The Panasonic MJ-L500 we got last year has been an absolute beast. Only down side is that it's tedious to clean
Is Panasonic one good ?...I have been thinking of buying one but had some reservations regarding Panasonic & have been thinking about getting kuvings or Huron but they seem to be quite above my budget. If you could review it it would be lot helpful for me like us!

Except their air fryers, all other Philips appliances are a big failure! I bought a Philips blender with glass jar and the motor was burnt in less than a month. I had a very bad customer service experience and I had to fight too long to get my money back! A big thumbs down to this so called slow juicer! I suggest to go for Kuvings if you need a best slow juicer.
Would have been better if you could have made video without that background music. I wanted to know the amount of noise it makes.
Is the pulp wet or dry? If it's wet, it means that the juicer didn't extract all the juice.
The augur is perpendicular to the motor n when you press down big chunks, we can notice the vertical pressure on the augur which is under strain. Not able to take beet root, juicing chamber is very small so doesn't allow mixing of different juice. Big flaw in the design coupled with big price as like agaro n hestia is a disaster for the buyer.
I don’t think this slow juicer is value for money . After watching this video I would not think of buying it .

Waste product in slow juicer category
Poor direction. When you are extracting show the juice falling on the beaker. That is the main output. In video that is almost below bottom of frame, and hardly visible, thanks to your overlapping subscribe label.

This plastic is RoHS certified which means restrictive use of hazardous substances. So this is very good quality plastic - pls google what rohs means. And no it does not get heated up

After just more than an year of purchase it stopped functioning.
Motor burnt due to Power fluctuaction .
Never mentioned earlier anywhere to use a stabilizer.
Repairing cost was said almost 70% of the new product. So we dumped it. Bad product . Will never advice to purchase it
