You aren’t alone momma. It’s hard out there. Im sooo blessed that Jensen has so many caring friends and family that spoil him with the best. Not a day goes by that I don’t feel blessed for the support. Maybe someday I can start a non for profit way to get special needs kids some toys that would help with their development. Much love to you and your kiddo

What about scented play doh (maybe make your own with koolaid or soap/baking scents) for when he's a bit older. Most kids are excited about different colors, but he might be excited about different smells.

That is an excellent point! He actually received some scented play-doh for his bday but I forgot to mention it since its hidden away in his closet until he is old enough! But such a great suggestion! I was super excited when he was gifted that! Thank you for your suggestion!

Thank you so much for this video! My 6 month old great-granddaughter has been diagnosed with septo optic dysplasia. I take care of her three days a week. What vision she might have will be a waiting game so we're trying to stay realistically positive. She does have light perception but doesn't track at all. I appreciate your toy review, it gives us a lot of great toys to work with. I was laughing at Jensen jumping because I got her one and I'm pretty sure she'd stay in it all day jumping if I let her. Merry Christmas to your family!

Best of luck to your great grand daughter. It is definitely hard getting use to a new reality. But I love the realistically positive attitude. I truly believe that is the best way to approach situations like this. These type of diagnosis are always wait and see scenarios... which is so frustrating. I'm glad you enjoyed the video and hope your little peanut gets some great use out of any future gifts. Although lets be real the jumper is all you really need :p Merry Christmas to your family!
