wow you are making this way too complicated... You need to make this a spiritual discipline. this sounds too much like the United Methodist. I suggest that we see this like a tithe. Where each church tithes a certain percentage of thier income from the general fund,. Similarly to how the consecration Sunday works.

@@JeffPospisil I agree and I want to thank you for the hard work you put into this. It is good stuff. The Global Methodist is not going to have the strong stick to get churches to pay like the United Methodist Church, which I think is good. We will have to rely on church's need to give just like each church does with its individual members.
