To be honest the odds don’t match up considering you would get a rare find every 10 minutes possibly less. Also every time you find the same roaming your mouse is in the same spot leaving me to believe that you found the loomains beforehand took the same clips and repeated them

They are using roaming charm and boost so it is the same as any other roamer in the game
