Ok, I usually hate it when people say this even about my favourite producers, because I mean come on - ofc they miss, even the best of the best do from time to time... But when I tried to think of a time HelaSex missed to reply with, I actually fucking couldn't. I mean, Slayer was a bit generic ig but still goes hard af. Vortex is a little messy, but super creative, and I know it's a lot of people's favourite from them. His Collab with Chime coulda gone in a little harder, but it is still an absolute eargasm. Probably the closest to a miss so far I've heard from Hela is Happy Place, but even that is just mildly disappointing imo, not bad. This track may be their best so far. Goes in so hard, feels unique, has those _beautiful_ background vocals filling the soundscape. It's fucking perfect. Ok, you get my one exception to my "screw '[prodcuer] never missses' comments" rule.
Come back to Utah! I saw Virtual R, Modestep, ghastly and a few others. Hit the complex or the saltair. The last place you went was pretty bad. But the music was fire!
