    Chef’s Kiss lady! I saw the measurement, but still didn’t know how to use it until you demonstrated how- mind blown!🤯

    Wow! I never noticed those lines. Thank you for sharing. I don't have the big punch, and now I know how to punch sheets that I want to include in my planner.

    Thank you! I just got my punch and thought it would be self explanatory, but not-so-much. I didn't see any of the guide marks you pointed out, so thank you for doing that. What a difference it makes in my understanding how to use the darned thing. Well done!

      OMG right?? I figured it would at least come with some dang directions, but nope and there were no tutorials for it on YT that I could find. So, once I figured the thing out... lol I made a tutorial. 😍 I am glad you found it useful.

    Haha...yup, that was me. Went to our Staples today and they had Happy Notes notebooks (dotted lined paper) for $5.97. Thought that was a good price...60 pages with heart-shaped black discs. Worth the price just for the covers and discs! Several different patterned covers. I have totally given up on Michaels b/c Staples always has a bigger selection.

      Cool! Thanks for the heads up. I have to head into Staples at some point.. so I will take a look.
      Michael's- I have to head in there at some point too... just trying to figure out the when. I was going to hit the one in Surrey and see what they had. I will keep ya posted.

    Thank you! I had seen the lines but didn't know what they were for. There are 4...two are marked and two not. Marked are 1/2 up against the handle and then a blank mark, followed by 3/4 and another blank prior to the mushroom. Thanks again!! ⚾️

      @TheEnchantedPlanner  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hmm...that is a gre4at question! lmao- one I haven't played with to figure it out but they are measurements so I'm guessing it's to guide us for different spacing between the punched holes. I will have to play around with it a bit more. I will keep you posted.

    Thank you for shering Reenie!! I had no idea and I've had min for over 2 years now. This was so helpful. I have a quick question you mentioned that the marking you use is for classic so does that mean that the others are can be used for the other sizes (micro, Big), or it doesn't matter? That same marking can be used for all HP sizes?

    • @TheEnchantedPlanner
      @TheEnchantedPlanner  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey Michelle! Lmao-- I didn't notice the dang thing for ages myself, so you're not alone. I would imagine they would be the same but I would test it. I didn't measure if the space between the edge of the paper and the first punch was the same on the classic and big. I'm also struggling with brain fog currently, so hopefully that makes sense. lol

    Hi, thank you this has been most helpful. Would you line it up in the same spot if you make your own laminated covers? Kind regards, Andrea xo

    • @TheEnchantedPlanner
      @TheEnchantedPlanner  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You're welcome Andrea! I'm glad you found it useful. It "should" work the same but if it was me, I would probably use one of my covers as a guide and mark where that first punch is located.
      Now, I'm curious.. I may have to test this out. I have only used it for pages or dashboards.

    • @TheEnchantedPlanner
      @TheEnchantedPlanner  หลายเดือนก่อน

      I had to pull out a mini piece of insert paper to test. lol
      It is the 1/4 mark. the one closest to the head of the punch.

    Thank you so much for this video, I saw the markings, but never knew what they were for. Did you purchase the dot grid paper from an Etsy shop or did you make it yourself? I checked your shop to see if it was there, didn't see it.

      You're welcome! I'm glad it was helpful. The dot grid is something i made. It will be in the shop in the next day to so. I just have to finish creating all the thumbnails etc..

    I must be doing something wrong! When I punch covers, the mushrooms start out lined up with a happy planner made cover but then around the middle punch all the holes after no longer line up and the cover bunches on the discs. What am I doing wrong. I always use an HP cover to start the first punch. When I compare my cover to the HP cover the first 4 punches are spot on. Then everything starts to shift. Then when I poop the cover on the discs it's bunched at the bottom and doesn't turn right.

    • @TheEnchantedPlanner
      @TheEnchantedPlanner  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Apologies on the delay in replying, Crazy busy holiday season.
      Without seeing what's actually going on, it's hard to say. What I did before I figured this out was I start with a regular single hole punch in the center punch and then used the crop a dile from there.
      So, I would make marks on what I want to punch using a single hole punch and the cut the stem out with scissors. I would use the cropadile from there. It works really well and you can't tell the center has been cut with a regular hole punch when it's on the discs.
