when i try it it just say 404 page not found. im paying 20 dollars a month for it not to work?? unacceptable. unacceptable.
Why is it taking time to download
When i click install on after effects it ope creative clound and nothing happen it just open and there i no after effects pls help me i am doing this 10 hours 😭

when i download it, It asks me to repeatedly sign in. It also doesn't show up that I installed anything either
Sorry, I'm not really sure what the solution to that is. Contact adobe I guess, to see if there's maybe an issue with your account or if they can help solve the issue for you. Sorry.

It's enough by paying 1 month so it keeps the apps installed in my laptop permanently? from that month on it would be a matter of paying updates? so if I buy it once and I don't want more updates can I still work with the apps in my desktop?
No. the next month, you will not be able to access the programs. They will be on your computer, but you will need a login/password to use it

That's an internet browser issue. So you'll have to update java for whatever browser you use (explorer, chrome, etc). Just search "enable java script" for yours...

@@oridabah9366 If your school or school division has a contract with adobe, if they don't then you'd have to go through the adobe website. It is permanent for us as long as we work for our division, and as long as the division has the current contract. Previously we only had access at school.

You would have to contact Adobe I think. They must have a "forgot password" option somewhere too.

I'm not really sure. I would assume yes, but I can't say for certain. Did you check the adobe website for compatibility?

@@nadatitah7556 You'll need a new laptop for the current version, but if you can find an older version it might work, or use gimp or pixlr for now as they are free and offer lots of the same functionality...

You have to buy one of the creative cloud subscriptions first yes. Different ones give you access to different applications.

Because you need to buy a Creative Cloud Subscription (with Photoshop) to access the programs before you download/install.

every time i try to install it, it tells me to authenticate my account and every single time it says it’s done and i’m all set it keeps going back to the window which tells me to authenticate my account. That happens over and over again and i have no idea what to do. do you know that I can do now?
Did you purchase a creative cloud subscription from adobe? If so, I would probably contact their customer service for help as it sounds like an account issue.

What is block licenses
My school Division for example, has a "block" license (which is good for as many regular licenses as we need, as long as it's a staff member or a student in the division).

@@a.pranav1267 nothing in my title or description says free creative cloud anywhere. I made it for my students and co-workers as a step by step on how to get it downloaded and installed at home, so they have access at school and on their own computer (we get it for free if we work for or go to a school in our school division as we have a batch account agreement for all of us).
